The Citizen's Advisory Committee (CAC) advocates for public transit and serves as a resource to the Ben Franklin Transit General Manager & to the Board of Directors. Committee members meet monthly, working to improve quality of service for transit riders, and to offer suggestions and give feedback. Please refer to the Standing Rules link below.

Membership
Ben Franklin Transit is seeking additional members for their CAC. A diverse and wide representation is desired, and shall include, but shall not be limited to, representatives of the interests, groups, and areas identified on page 2 of the CAC Application. Maximum capacity of the committee is 25 members. The CAC’s Nominating Committee reviews applications and makes recommendations; approval by the BFT Board of Directors is required for final approval. Meetings
The CAC meets on the second Monday of each month. Meetings are held at the Three Rivers Transit Center. The Three Rivers Transit Center is located at 7109 W. Okanogan Place, Kennewick, WA. Meetings begin at 6:30 p.m.
