Performance Reports

BFT staff began presenting quarterly performance reports to the Board of Directors in 2017 ahead of major service changes implemented that September. They provide a look at ridership and other operational performance factors, as well as community outreach efforts and outcomes. These quarterly overviews are provided here for public access, and the section will be updated as new reports become available.
